I missed the mark. But yesterday was international owl awareness day. So for a belated post, here's a small collection of my photographs of owls I've seen over the past few months. Mostly burrowing owls, but I've taken the time to track down a barred owl a few times now. -

Very grateful to have the opportunity to go outside and see so many different kinds of wildlife and do what I love.
If I'm not wrong these are all snowy egrets. Definitely catching on to names of the wildlife around here finally.
