An afternoon Albanian women’s church meeting. Turkish coffee, worship songs, teachings from the Bible, and sweet conversation about how God has transformed their lives. In a community which is mainly Islamic, the stories of how these women came to the Lord are nothing short of miraculous. This meeting truly moved me, and I’m better for it.

We visited an old 13th century Orthodox Church in Mborje, Albania, and this Albanian gentleman was the caretaker. I asked him if I could take his picture, obviously he said yes. Such amazing history here.
