Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Elevated Optics LLC and the Beccari Chocolates Team!

Beccari's longtime photographer, Jake, from Elevated Optics LLC, became their apprentice chocolatier in 2025 and continued to capture Beccari's magic, while also helping to create it!

We've had such a wonderful holiday season, making and photographing delicious chocolate creations, handing out smiles in the form of chocolate samples and chatting with our wonderful customers! From birthday treats for children to chocolate making classes for adults to impromptu discussions about the origins and chemistry of chocolate, every day has been such a wonderful treat, whether we're holding a camera or a mixing bowl!

Here's to a wonderful, creative and delicious 2026!

Waterville Valley is such a gorgeous place! This was our view before the crowds showed up for the 26th Annual Chocolate Festival on Saturday.

We had so much fun and we're already daydreaming about next year's festival.
