Evelyn | Newborn Portraits | Previews

Our family had the great pleasure in welcoming baby Evie October 2nd and I had the honor of taking her portraits. Last year Jonathan and Erin lost their baby girl, my niece, Elena. Since the beginning of this year life has been prayed over Jonathan and Erin. We trusted God would provide. I have seen his faithfulness to them in their loss and have seen him carry them during the unthinkable times. God is not faithful and good just because there was the gift of life. He is good even in the face of tremendous loss. He is good because he was and is ever present. He is the light in the darkest of times. We celebrate this gift and blessing of this life and of Elena too. There is always going to be joy right along with grief. And no matter what, God is good. He is faithful.

We love baby Evie so much already 🌈💗
