Annandale, MN 15 years ago! Even back in 2011, a matching trio of Candy Apple Soo units was a treat to see on the mainline. Canadian Pacific train 491 was seen roaring, and smoking, its way west on a BEAUTIFUL MaY Day. I would chase this train ALL the way to Glenwood, MN.

A derailment happened over at Saint Anthony earlier today with CPKC train J15! Crews were working FAST to re rail the cars, and fix the damaged tracks.

Two matching Illinois Central SD70s soar over the Saint Croix River on a beautiful spring day! This type of power hasn't made it's way over this way in years, and was a welcomed sight. I hope these duo makes another trip or two to the Twin Cities!

Classy Looking F Units!

A sharp looking trio of F9s hold at Mississippi St on BNSF's Saint Paul Sub. The train was waiting for traffic to clear, and a crew change further down the line. The fresh snow, and sunny sky, made for a phenomenal backdrop behind the train. Video will be posted soon!
