🚗 TRAVEL FEES
Travel within two hours of New Hampton, NH, is included in your session price.
For locations more than two hours away, the following travel fees apply:
• More than 2 hours, up to 2.5 hours — $75
• More than 2.5 hours, up to 3 hours — $125
• More than 3 hours, up to 3.5 hours — $175
• More than 3.5 hours, up to 4 hours — $225
• More than 4 hours, up to 5 hours — $325
• More than 5 hours — Custom quote
Travel times are based on one-way driving time from New Hampton, NH.
Additional expenses, including parking, tolls, venue admission, and overnight accommodations, may apply when necessary and will be discussed before booking.
Travel fees are added to the total session price and included in the payment schedule.

💳 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to officially reserve your session date and time.
Your session is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than ONE WEEK, or seven days, before your scheduled session.
Sessions booked less than seven days in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your session, including applicable travel fees.
Rescheduling, cancellation, and weather-related policies will be discussed when booking.
