We spend so much time celebrating celebrities, influencers, business owners, and people who make headlines.

But what about the people who quietly make our communities stronger every single day?

The mother raising a family.

The People Who Carried Us is a new series by JRizzy Photography that shines a light on the people who don't seek attention but deserve appreciation.

If you're nominated, I'll spend time photographing you during your everyday routine. This is not a staged photoshoot, but an authentic glimpse into your life. My goal is to capture who you are, what you do, and the impact you have on those around you.

The Story Behind JRizzy Photography

Hello everyone! My name is Jordan Manning, and I wanted to share why I started JRizzy Photography.

Growing up, my mom, Kris, always had a camera in her hands. She's an incredible photographer, and I watched the joy on people's faces every time she shared a photo with them. Those moments stuck with me.

I've always believed that photographs tell stories. I can look at an old picture of myself and instantly be transported back to that exact moment, the people, the emotions, the memories. That's the power of a photograph.
That's why I started JRizzy Photography. My goal is to capture moments that might seem ordinary today but become priceless memories tomorrow. Sometimes the best moments are the ones you don't even realize are happening until years later.

I also want this page to be about more than just sports. I want to celebrate the everyday heroes in our communities, the athletes, coaches, parents, teachers, volunteers, and leaders who make a difference every single day. Their stories deserve to be seen.
Sports have always been a huge part of my life, so naturally they became my favorite stories to capture. I'm not a professional photographer, and I still have a lot to learn, but I put my heart into every photo I take. Every event is another opportunity to improve and preserve someone's story.
