Omyra Named Finalist at the ÂME International Film Festival in Australia
Artlas Studios is pleased to share that Omyra has been named a Finalist at the ÂME International Film Festival. Omyra was first selected at ÂME on January 5th, 2026.
This milestone continues a strong and steadily building festival journey for the film. Omyra first entered the international stage as an award-winning short, taking home its category win at its debut festival, the Sundarban International Film Festival, introducing the film to global audiences with immediate recognition.
Following that win, Omyra was officially nominated for Best Short Film at the Chandler International Film Festival, which is currently underway in Arizona. The nomination placed the film in a shortlisted group of top contenders selected by the festival jury.
Now, with its Finalist placement at the ÂME International Film Festival in Australia, Omyra has advanced into the final round of jury consideration once again. Finalist status signifies that the film has moved beyond official selection and is being evaluated alongside a small group of top films for awards recognition.
We’re grateful to each festival and jury for recognizing Omyra at these progressive stages, and for the continued support as the film’s international run unfolds.
More updates to come.
