Today I revisited Bakhtar Kabab in Queens, a place I used to enjoy and recommend. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment.

The food quality seems to have deteriorated significantly. The meat was overcooked and tasted burnt, the flavors were not balanced, and the freshness and attention to detail that I remembered just weren’t there. Honestly, it left me wondering if they have changed chefs or kitchen management, because the food did not taste anything like what I experienced in the past.

As a food blogger, I always try to be fair and honest. Every restaurant can have an off day, and I sincerely hope this was just one of those days. However, based on this visit, I cannot recommend the experience I had today.

Rating for this visit: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)

Got you—fusion style, smooth, modern, social-ready:

Bachelor life মানেই time shortage — so I cook smart, not hard.

Today’s menu: Khichdi with cauliflower & slow-marinated chicken. Chickenটা 2–3 দিন ধরে marinate করা, so flavor already deep before it even hits the pot.

Nothing wasted — ফুলকপির ফুল, green stems, even the core… সবকিছুই use করেছি. Real cooking মানে respect every part of the ingredient.

Best part? I cooked it for 4–5 days. One time cooking, multiple দিনের peace — time save, taste full on.

Simple process, deep flavor, smart lifestyle.

This is not just khichdi… this is bachelor fusion cooking done right.

অনেক দিন পর আজ kitchen এ আগুন লাগিয়ে দিলাম… literally.

আজকের creation — Fusion Khichuri 2.0
Not your regular boring khichuri… this is rich, bold, and dangerously addictive.

Inside this beast —
বান্ধাকপি, juicy মুরগি, old school desi মসলা, freshly crushed রসুন…
আর সাথে ম্যাঙ্গো আচার — that tangy, spicy hit that wakes up your soul.

Rice? Not basic.
কালি জিরার চিনির চাল — aroma এমন যে রান্না হওয়ার আগেই প্রেমে পড়ে যাবেন।

Dal game is strong —
মুগ ডাল + মসুর ডাল + একটু Indian ছোলা — yeah, একটু crazy combo…
But trust me, greatness always comes from madness.

And the texture…
Soft, creamy, rich… every bite feels like comfort mixed with luxury.

This is not just food —
This is emotion. This is power. This is desi fusion at its peak.

কিছু রান্না নিয়ম মেনে হয় না…
হয় attitude দিয়ে, swag দিয়ে, আর একটু insanity দিয়ে।

Tonight’s verdict loading…
Either I created a legend… or a beautiful disaster.

Stay hungry. Stay bold.
CoolFusion style.

🍳🥩 ONE MEAL A DAY | ZERO COMPROMISE

Four farm-fresh eggs scrambled with juicy tomatoes and fiery jalapeños—simple, real, unapologetic.

On the grill: three small 8-oz steaks, seared hard with capsicum (bell peppers) and crisp string beans, finished with black pepper, pink Himalayan salt, fresh jalapeño, and just a touch of Chinese soy sauce for that umami kick.

No fancy spices.
No sugar.
No carbs.

Just protein, heat, and discipline.
A side of creamy mayo because balance matters.

This isn’t a diet.
This is control.
This is OMAD.
This is how fat learns fear. 🔥

OMAD Day — Korean BBQ, Real-World Discipline

Today’s OMAD happened at Cast Iron Pot.

Anyone who knows this spot knows the temptation:
hot soup, endless vegetables, every kind of kimchi, premium beef cuts, and seafood — abundance everywhere.

Normally, this is where people lose control.
Today, I didn’t.

I ate with intention.
Protein first.
Vegetables next.
Slow pace. Clear mind. No excess.

Most of the recordings you’ll see were captured using my Meta Ray-Ban glasses — hands-free, real moments, no performance. Just presence and discipline in a real environment.

OMAD isn’t about hiding from life.
It’s about walking straight into real situations and staying in command.

Surrounded by excess, I chose control.
Surrounded by comfort food, I chose awareness.

This isn’t deprivation — it’s mastery.
I left light, focused, and undefeated.

Alhamdulillah.

🔥 HARDCORE OMAD – MOTIVATIONAL POST

One plate. One decision. No weakness.

Broccoli. Spinach. Jalapeño.
Garlic. Onion. Tomato. Spices.

Chicken breast cooked in yogurt & fire.
Four eggs for raw strength.

I didn’t finish it.
I stopped — because control is power.

Hunger doesn’t own me.
Cravings don’t command me.
Pain doesn’t break me.

While others chase comfort,
I choose discipline.

While others complain,
I rebuild.

This body has suffered.
Still working.
Still grinding.
Still standing.

OMAD isn’t a trend — it’s war on weakness.
Food is fuel.
Silence is focus.
Faith is armor.

Allah is enough.
