So flattered to have my artwork(Basquiat print) installed in such a gorgeous, magical setting. Today is the opening of Alfredo Paredes Hudson in Hudson, NY. After a 33 year career at as Execitive Vice President & Chief Creative Officer, Alfredo founded in 2019. In 1984, starred in Over the Brooklyn Bridge, opposite . This was my first movie project as I was asked to create the ad campaign for that film. She was a super model, actress and the granddaughter of On her way to the set in Brooklyn, I asked if she would sit for a portrait. I recently found in my archives and am moved by the simple beauty and honesty of this photo. She died tragically in 1996.

Organized on the 40th Anniversary(2025) of The Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum, this exhibition(Feb 4, 2026 - Sept 13, 2026) celebrates Noguchi’s deep and dynamic relationship with NYC and the profound gift he gave to this city he called home. This 40th anniversary in 2025 was also 40 years since I had met and photographed Isamu in his Garden Museum, 1985.
