My first destination wedding couple taught me that wedding photography is very rarely about the tools and techniques and always about the people, the relationships you build and the emotions you capture. Some of my favorite scenes from a wedding are when the bride is getting ready. It's one of those magical moments when she's looking her most beautiful yet her smile and her eyes are all filled with anxiety, nervousness and excitement. It's the perfect juxtaposition and a photographer's delight to capture.

Talk about connection at first meeting! That's what it felt like when I met Dharti & Ilesh for the first time. Between hearing their story and exchanging photography techniques with a fellow photographer (Ilesh), we instantly knew we wanted to work together!..
