Andy Warhol利用商業消費模式, 大量複製跟重新創造, 重新詮釋了藝術品的定義

藉由變換模特兒的膚色, 代表生活周遭的各個膚色人種, 也像是反問自己, 這樣是不是就像是完全創造了ㄧ個全新的角色?

Walter Benjamin once discussed the concepts of "aura" and the originality of artworks. He explored how an artwork originates with its initial intent and the challenge of reproducing the essence of the artwork after its creation. When the starting points of these two processes diverge, does the replica still retain its value?

Andy Warhol employed a commercial consumerist approach, involving extensive replication and reinterpretation, thereby redefining the notion of art.

By altering the models' skin tones, they symbolized the diverse races present in everyday life. This approach also serves as a self-inquiry: does this not resemble the creation of an entirely new character?
