IDÉE FIXE Art, Beauty, Fashion When I signed on to be the Features Editor at Idée Fixe, our title was the only tangible thing we had.

Merriam-Webster defines the term as: “an idea that dominates one’s mind especially for a long period: an obsession.” Despite my inability to master a sexy French accent, and subsequent motions to change the title, it stuck. In hindsight, it was all we really needed.

IDÉE FIXE is a New York based art, beauty, and fashion magazine. IDÉE FIXE was founded in July 2011, it’s first issue came out one March 2012.
