I humbly offer an easy solution to the Supreme Court’s decision to take away a woman the right to choose. Let’s take back the rights that we as Americans believe are fundamental to our freedom. PLEASE SHARE WIDELY IF YOU AGREE! 🙏

🍁 Fall in NYC… One chapter ends, and another begins. “I wondered about the explorers who’d sailed their ships to the end of the world. How terrified they must have been when they risked falling over the edge; how amazed to discover, instead, places they had only seen in their dreams”- Jodi Picoult 🍁

I❤️NY. Honoring and celebrating so many special lives that we tragically lost 20 years ago today. Photo shot from my kitchen window in NYC… the only city I’ve ever really called home. Honored to stand by you with my fellow NYers through another historic chapter. New Yorkers always come together and rally in the face of adversity, and it’s amazing to watch our city rise yet again. . FRIENDS IN NY AND ALL OVER THE WORLD SHARE WHO/WHAT/WHY YOU LOVE NY PLEASE! 🙏 ♥️

(Botswana, 2018). THROW A COMMENT BELOW ABOUT WHERE YOU MISS TRAVELING THE MOST IN THE WORLD AND WHY 🌍. Africa is my happy place. The place I feel most alive. The place that makes me believe that anything is possible. It’s the place where I decided to change careers and stop practicing law and to start chasing my dreams. It’s the place that I recharge and become a better version of myself. If you take one piece of advice from me, it’s to go to Africa at some point in your life. IF YOU HAVE BEEN TO AFRICA, I WOULD BET YOU LIKELY FEEL THE SAME SO PLEASE COMMENT AND TELL ME WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN AND LOVE?

PLEASE TAG AN AMAZING DAD! ♥️🤩💯

Yamba Malawi is a charity so near to my heart. We fight the cycle of poverty in Southern Africa by incubating small businesses that create employment. That employment provides wage that allow parents to care for their children. Once salaries are paid, the proceeds from these businesses are used to educate and care for orphans. The idea is that the businesses allow for parents to take care of their kids, and then the businesss themselves take care of the kids without parents. We truly believe in a hand up rather than a hand out.

In the 14 years since our inception, we have facilitated the education and care of over 240,000 orphans. During that time I have served in so many capacities including leading donor trips to Africa, as well as a decade of service on the Board of Directors, including most recently as its Chairman. If you are able to give, please visit and click the link on their page to donate in the name of a great father. But no matter what, please tag an amazing Dad and share some love today.

The beauty of anti-racism is that you don't have to pretend to be free of racism to be an anti-racist. Anti-racism is the commitment to fight racism wherever you find it, including in yourself. TAG SOMEONE THAT YOU LOVE TO APPRECIATE LIFE WITH 🎈. This little sandy patch in DUMBO Brooklyn is normally obscured by the wakes from the boat traffic in the East River. I must have been to this exact spot 100 times and never noticed it. Today the river was serene, calm and peaceful. I climbed down the rocks, took a swig from my flask of tequila (swing = drank the whole damn thing 🥃), and for the first time in my 42 years in NYC, walked on this little beach. It was still, serene, and calming. While we cannot deny how tough this is, it’s important for our mental health and happiness that we find these little moments and celebrate them 💯. Sending you all love from NYC ♥️.
