Photographer in my 9th year now 📸

2018 was the year I started professional photography while living back then in Martinique. I remember my first paid gig it was surreal to me.

2019 was the year I moved to nyc and maybe the year I learned the most about technical stuff and shooting in all kind of different setups and lights.

2020 was the beginning of my freelance business on my own in a world frozen with the pandemic. Scary !

2021 was probably my blooming year. I met so many clients and professional partners. It was also the year I specialized without even realizing it in proposals.

2022 was the year I worked the most with 396 gigs this year.
One month I did 59 photoshoots. It’s crazy. That was also the year I had my first destination wedding.

2023 was the year I started to believe in myself and my experience more. I raised my prices to finally match the market and be able to work less. I also decided to build more my brand on me.

2024 was the first year I finally find a balance between work and personal life. Also the year I started to feel “legitimate” of what I accomplished and felt less like an imposter in this industry.

2025 is the year where I worked on stabilizing my business and starting new projects.

2026 was the year I bet on me and raised my prices again for the first time in 3 years. Im learning to prioritize my time and myself over my job and my clients and it’s still a struggle but im getting there.

It has been a journey but nothing less than being grateful to be part of it 📸♥️
