10 years later, the message still rings true.

Looking back at this shoot from 2015 in Seattle. This wasn't just about the gold leaf and the makeup—it was a PSA for domestic violence.

The handprint represents the attempt to silence, to mark, and to overbear. But the gold? The gold is the inherent worth that remains. To every woman who has ever felt her voice muffled or her light dimmed: you are still beautiful, you are still valuable, and you do not have to be silenced.

Reflecting on how far we’ve come and how much work there is still to do. Reclaiming the narrative, one frame at a time. ✨

Spent hours in Chinatown this week, just walking, watching, waiting. 🧧

Lunar New Year isn’t just the dragons and fireworks. It’s the grandmother fixing her grandson’s collar before a photo. The kid gripping a red envelope like it’s treasure. The quick glance between friends before they burst out laughing.

Those tiny, “insignificant” moments? That’s the real story. That’s where the joy lives.

Photographing people reminds me that the magic isn’t staged. It’s in the in-between. The half-second smiles. The soft pride. The unfiltered happiness.

Days like this reset me. They remind me why I picked up a camera in the first place.

Pre pre-NYFW energy on the streets of downtown NYC. I spent the week before Fashion Week walking around, stopping people, talking fits, asking what they’re wearing now and what they’re planning to show up in once NYFW actually hits. . No runway, no press list—just real style, real people, and that nervous-excited creative hum that happens right before the chaos.

Then the tables turned. I ran into David () and for once I got to be the one asking the questions. A proper role reversal, a great conversation, and an unexpected opportunity that came out of nowhere—exactly how this city works when you stay curious and keep moving.

This is NYC fashion before the spotlight turns on.

Chinatown to Brooklyn, one stop at a time. 🏙️
Spongies Cafe for a sweet start, wandering through Hong Kong Market, then over to Industry City for Japanese Village and the Bandai Namco store. No agenda, no rush—just letting the city lead and enjoying the walk, the food, and the moments in between.

All in all, a really good Saturday.
