This one is special on many levels. Every culture has it’s wedding traditions. In Indian groom arrives on a horse. In Jewish there is Badeken and Tisch.

In the Polish there are „gates” that the groom ( Bartosz Orlowski )must pass to get to the bride. The passage is allowed after „tool” payment. Candy for the kids, bottles of vodka for the adults. There are negotiations happening on the amounts and plenty of fun within. The last „gate” this time was protected by the bride side of the family with airsoft guns as a sign of (what is written on the top of the gate) „we won’t let her go easily”.

All happening while the Bride An Etka was hiding in the house. After all successful negotiation and toll the

I’m my….. what a fun it was to witness those despairing traditions. Thanks to them we function and celebrate our ethnicity and culture.
