From a 2014 road-trip stop at the State Welcome Center in North Georgia, home to the cabbage patch kids. First marketed as Little People who were not for sale but could be “adopted” at art & craft fairs by a 21yr old art student at a Missionary school in North Georgia, Xavier Roberts; who copied the design from craft artist Martha Nelson, based in Kentucky. In 1981, Fisher-Price changed the name to Cabbage Parch Kids when they bought the Little People Doll licensing to help build their envisioned toy company as the first and largest mass-marketed children’s brand in history.

Multiple exposure film portraits from the archives!!
The first is a 2014 double exposure reversal film pic of my neighbor and a 21st Street Co-oper that was film souped, pic #2/3 is long flash exposures of ‘The Drag,’ (the nickname for the section of Guadalupe Street that borders The Univ of Texas) multiply exposed at nigh time, including a portrait of a Homeless Man hanging out in 2007.

A team of neighbors who helped this baby owl reunite with her owl parents named her Luna. It was fun filming Luna grow and take flight.
