It’s tiiiiiime for the annual family jam! If you have been following me for awhile you might remember that my family throws an epic musical family reunion every summer in California. Several generations of extended family gather in Seal Beach at the Driftwood garage and hang out for several hours catching up, eating tacos, and listening to any family member who wants to hop onto the garage stage and perform. The party starts tomorrow!

For the photographers: my little setup that packs into my suitcase for all of my corporate events! I don’t use this at weddings anymore, I just keep the flash on camera. But at corporate events and brand activations if there is a stationary photo spot this is a great setup that packs up and travels easily. Don’t have to go for a huge expensive setup to get the job done.

Peak mom summer. During the summer I take on a fraction of the jobs that I have in spring and fall because 1) it’s too hot to be photographing yall outside in July and August 😅 and 2) these are the fun days with my kids and even though I send them to camps during the days I still like to be able to spend evenings with them at the pool. I will say though, I feel like I have graduated to a new tier of motherhood now that my kids can swim and entertain themselves at the pool. It’s a delight. Photo life picks back up in September but for now, soaking up these summer days. Hope you don’t mind the extra family content 😘

Baby girl loves to move 🤣 she just told me today that she can’t wait to join the same dance studio as her big cousin so she could learn the same moves so I guess I have to learn about being a dance mom.
