Jamming Goat 3.0 has indeed put a smile on my face! This place has great food and cocktails, and the ambiance is perfect for a get-together with your best buddies. We tried the pork belly and Chorizo Balchao with Poee bread and I must say, it was delicious! The vegetarian sushi and their very famous Portuguese dessert- Reconstructed Serradura were an absolute delight. For the cocktail, I had K.G.F- a combination of Kaffir lime leaves, Gin, and fresh tender coconut water. My friends opted for the Tequila-based cocktails and they were fab too! Great company, great food, and great drinks- what more does one need to craft a perfect evening?

Mental health is not a destination but a process—it’s about how you drive, not where you’re going. I have always believed that it is very important to stay in touch with your inner self and prioritize your mental health over everything else. This World Mental Health Day, I would love to share my secrets to great mental health-
Practice slow living. Live in the moment and connect with your surroundings. Do things that calm your nervous system like reading, painting, taking a walk in nature, and meditating.
Eat right and eat mindfully. Your food impacts your mind more than you know it.
Step out, reconnect with yourself, and be surrounded by right-minded people. Be kind to yourself and others.
Practice yoga, breath work, and other exercises. Most importantly, love yourself and heal. Taking care of your mental health is an everyday thing, so remember to smile, release the negative chatter, and welcome positivity!

They say you must listen to the sound of water waves to soothe your mind. But isn’t just the waves that I love. I love the calming rhythm of the water that takes you to a peaceful place where sunny beaches, winding rivers, and sparkling waters meet. I enjoy the beauty of nature’s watery landscapes, where time seems to stop and worries wash away. There’s something soothing about creating footprints on the sand and watching it get washed away by the sea, creating a fresh slate for more memories. Take a break. Connect with nature and find yourself in it.
