Mental health is not a destination but a process—it’s about how you drive, not where you’re going. I have always believed that it is very important to stay in touch with your inner self and prioritize your mental health over everything else. This World Mental Health Day, I would love to share my secrets to great mental health-
Practice slow living. Live in the moment and connect with your surroundings. Do things that calm your nervous system like reading, painting, taking a walk in nature, and meditating.
Eat right and eat mindfully. Your food impacts your mind more than you know it.
Step out, reconnect with yourself, and be surrounded by right-minded people. Be kind to yourself and others.
Practice yoga, breath work, and other exercises. Most importantly, love yourself and heal. Taking care of your mental health is an everyday thing, so remember to smile, release the negative chatter, and welcome positivity!
