Massachusetts just became one of a handful of states to strip away every gestational limit on abortion the previous 24-week cap is gone, and a late-term abortion can now proceed on a physician's "professional judgment."

Governor Healey didn't sign it quietly. She held a celebration and framed it as a model for the country.

Here's the part that should stop anyone, regardless of where they land on this debate: at 24 weeks and beyond, a child can survive outside the womb. Hospitals fight to save babies born prematurely at that exact age while this law removes the line protecting them.

The Catholic bishops of Massachusetts called it "gravely immoral." Pro-life advocates called it a law worth grieving, not applauding.

You can hold a range of views on this issue and still recognize that celebrating the removal of every limit is something different a milestone that says a lot about where a movement's moral compass has landed.

Here's the tell. Watch who the league protects and who it fines.

Caitlin Clark gets hacked, shoved, and knocked down game after game and the story somehow becomes whether she's too popular, whether the attention is "fair" to everyone else. The player filling the arenas is treated like the problem.

Sophie Cunningham takes a forearm to the head, gets it upgraded to a Flagrant 2, and the player who hit her walks away with a $1,000 fine and a "white privilege" post. Sophie's the one who's been booed in every road building for three weeks for saying girls' sports should be for girls.

The two biggest reasons anyone is tuning in right now are the two catching the most incoming. On the court and in the coverage.

That's not a coincidence. That's a league and a press corps that decided which players they're rooting for and it isn't the ones drawing the crowds.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier saw the video of DiJonai Carrington's forearm across Sophie Cunningham's head and neck and he didn't mince words:

"The WNBA knows better than to play games down here in Florida, because I'll be charging people with assault." Then he doubled down: "I should probably clarify… assault and battery."

Think about why that lands. On a basketball court, a hard foul is a hard foul. But there's a line and a windup-impact-follow-through blow to someone's head that gets you ejected on a Flagrant 2 starts looking a lot less like basketball and a lot more like the thing that'd get you arrested if you did it on the street.

And the person who took the forearm Sophie is the one who refused to play the race card, saying flatly it had nothing to do with race.

One of them showed class. It wasn't the one swinging.

Riley Gaines tied for a national title against a biological male, was told to stay quiet, and instead built a career refusing to.

Sydney Sweeney did a jeans ad and somehow enraged the internet just by existing without apologizing for it.

Different arenas, same pattern. The outrage machine came for each of them expecting the usual result the tearful statement, the "I've learned and grown," the surrender.

It never came. And that's what actually drives them crazy: not the opinion, but the refusal to grovel for having it.

America DOES need to see the tax returns of the public servants who somehow became millionaires while serving.

Think about it. A congressional salary is $174,000. Respectable but nobody's buying a stock portfolio that beats Wall Street's top hedge funds on it. Nobody's retiring with multiple homes and a net worth in the millions after decades of "public service" on that number.

So how does it keep happening? Access. Briefings the public never sees. Votes on industries they're invested in. Information that hits their portfolio before it ever hits the news.

The billionaire who takes the job loses money. The career politician who takes the job makes it. That tells you everything about who's actually cashing in.

President Trump is pushing a military pay raise that puts the biggest money where it belongs on the backs of the youngest, lowest-paid troops.

Under the plan: 7% for junior enlisted (E-5 and below), 6% for mid-level, 5% for senior ranks. Effective January 1, 2027. That's well above the standard yearly bump troops usually get and it comes right after last year's historic 10% boost for junior enlisted.

For years, we watched young service members men and women defending this country qualify for food assistance while Washington sent billions overseas without blinking. This administration flipped that priority.

The House has already backed it. Now it needs to cross the finish line.

Take care of the warfighters first. Everything else comes after.
