Schnitzel, but make it Latin! 😏🔥

This Latin Style Chicken Schnitzel with Mojo Sauce is so crispy, juicy and full of flavor!
That bright, garlicky mojo on top and then served with rice and beans on the side just takes it over the top! Definitely not your traditional schnitzel, and that is exactly the point. 😋

I’m so excited to start playing around with the products and see what recipes I can create. The Mussels in Basil Pesto, Albacore Tuna with Spanish Lemon and Smoked Salmon are already giving me so many ideas. Now it’s time to get cooking!

🍤 Shrimp Taquitos Dorados
Crispy, flavorful, and SOOOO Satisfying!

I had these as an afternoon snack a few summers ago while we enjoyed time in the pool and had family over. They were a hit! So I had to share this very simple recipe with you!

Connor’s Chicken 💙🧩

Autism can mean lots of aversions to foods, basically very picky eating. When I make dinner and I know Connor will not eat it, this is my usual go to. Chicken breasts with lots of flavor.

Seasonings include Loisa Adobo and Loisa Oregano. I let the chicken cook until it’s golden and juicy.

Sometimes the simplest meals really are the best ones.

I don’t make the rules, but Dominican Pica Pollo is basically fried chicken seasoned with the BEST seasoning in the whole wide world… which obviously makes it the best fried chicken in the world. 🍗🇩🇴

Crispy, juicy, full of flavor, and way too good to ignore.

I can finally share this!!! ❤️

I had the opportunity to be part of an episode of Make Mama Proud, hosted by the incredibly talented Chef Joe Sasto, a Food Network regular, recurring judge, and all-star competitor.

This experience was so special to me because food has always been about so much more than recipes. It’s family, memories, culture and the stories we carry with us.
