What an incredible year it has been! 🙌🏼

As we approach the end of 2026, my calendar is just about at capacity, and I cannot begin to express what a blessing that is!

This year has brought so many wonderful families in front of my camera, beautiful memories captured, and countless opportunities to do what I love. I am incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted me with their most precious moments!

✨ And now, we’re looking ahead to SPRING 2027!

Although the new year hasn’t arrived just yet, I’m already welcoming spring bookings! Once January arrives, those beautiful spring dates will begin filling quickly, especially along our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

If you’ve been thinking about family portraits, maternity, newborn, or simply updating those photographs hanging on your walls, I would absolutely love to have you on my calendar!

🎄 CHRISTMAS MINIS AT THE ALICE | 2026 🌴

Surprise! I’m so excited to announce that Sparkman Photography will be returning to the beautiful The Alice for a very special evening of Christmas portraits!

I’m incredibly grateful to The Alice for welcoming us back again this year and allowing us to create something beautiful for your families!

This year, we’re keeping things simple, elegant, and timeless. I’ve included a mockup of our Christmas setup so you can see exactly what we’re planning for this year’s sessions!

Friday, November 27th | The Day After Thanksgiving

We’ll be offering a very limited number of 15-minute sessions during golden hour and into sunset.

And because Christmas cards will be going out shortly after Thanksgiving, these sessions will include an expedited gallery turnaround! 👈🏼I want you to have your beautiful portraits back in plenty of time to send out those Christmas cards! 💌

And here’s the fun part! The very FIRST family to book will get our sunset spot! 🌅

Through every season, every trial, and every blessing, we’re reminded of just how precious the people God has placed in our lives truly are.

After everything our community has endured this past week with the hurricane, I think we’re all holding our loved ones a little closer and thanking God for the things that matter most.

And that’s what I love so much about photographing families. It’s not just about beautiful portraits. It’s about preserving the love, the laughter, and the people we get to walk through this life with. 💖

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 🫶🏼

First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who has reached out, checked on us, and most importantly, kept our family in your prayers! ❤️

I am so thankful to report that we are safe, and our home is still standing! Praise God! 🙌🏻

We have quite a bit of damage around our property, with fallen trees, limbs, fences, and debris everywhere, but those are things that can be cleaned up and repaired. We are incredibly grateful for God’s protection over our family and our home.

Scripture reminds us that when two or more come together in His name, agreeing in prayer, our Heavenly Father hears us. Matthew 18:19–20 🫶🏼

There is POWER in prayer, and I truly believe in the power of God’s people coming together and lifting one another up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who prayed for us and for our community. ❤️

To my wonderful clients, we are currently without power and cell service, so communication will be very limited until services are restored. Please bear with me as we work through the cleanup and get things back in order. I promise I will respond to all messages and inquiries as soon as I possibly can!

Please continue praying for everyone affected by this storm. Not everyone may have been as fortunate, and my heart goes out to those facing devastating losses.

God is good, and today we are counting our blessings!

Trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 🫶🏼
The sweetest evening with this little family on the Emerald Coast. Bare feet, sandy toes, lots of movement, and the kind of moments that happen when we stop worrying about perfect and simply let the kids be kids.
These are the photographs I love most-the ones that feel like your family.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I Am thy God. Isaiah 41:10 🫶🏼

Another little blessing on the way, two little boys keeping Mom and Dad on their toes, and a season of life that is moving far too quickly.

This is why I love family photography so much. It isn’t about everyone standing perfectly still and looking at the camera. It’s the little hands reaching for Mom and Dad, sandy feet, belly laughs, chasing babies down the shoreline, and soaking in exactly who your family is right now.

One day these little boys won’t be this little. Mom won’t be carrying their newest blessing. And these ordinary evenings together will become some of the memories they treasure most.

I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with The right hand of My righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

What a beautiful reminder that through every season, He is there. ✨

I’m not going to lie… I was a nervous wreck watching the weather for this one. 😅 Those clouds were NOT giving me much confidence.

But he was hopeful, optimistic, and determined to stick with the plan no matter what.

And needless to say… God answers prayers. 🙌🏼

Not one drop of rain fell on us.

This was actually a completely last minute phone call. He had a plan to propose on the beach in Destin, and luckily I was able to fit them in and help make it happen.

The sky may have been dark, and the wind may have been fierce, but none of it mattered when he got down on one knee and she said YES! 💍🌹

So if you’ve been thinking about proposing while you’re here on the Emerald Coast, even if your plan comes together at the very last minute, give me a call. Sometimes we can make a little magic happen with very little notice. 🫶🏼
