Some things I learned from 25:

* Real friendship includes authenticity , accountability & availability .
* We need pain & sadness in order to appreciate joy & happiness . Even flowers need rain to grow .
* Accept & embrace your vulnerability .
* Take advantage of the moments you can tell someone how much they mean to you .
* REST . You need rest for your physical & mental health , you don’t have to earn it .
* If you want different . MOVE different . The same old keys will not unlock new doors .
* Don’t chase , ATTRACT .
* You don’t need to suffer in order to find real love .
* Find gratitude in grief . Carry on their legend . Their love , their light , their strength lives with in you .
* We only get one shot . Stop trying to perfect your life , live in the moment and enjoy it 🦋
