📸 Important Policy Update from Tink & Blue Shutter Co. 📸
First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of my clients for your continued support. Your trust in me to capture your special moments means more than you know, and I am incredibly grateful for all of you.
As my schedule continues to grow, I will be strictly enforcing my deposit and attendance policies moving forward.
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your deposit is applied toward your total session balance and reserves that time exclusively for you. Until a deposit is received, your session is not considered booked and the date and time will remain available to other clients.
Unfortunately, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, these policies have become necessary. Photography is something I am passionate about, but I also work full-time in law enforcement and am the mother of an almost 2-year-old little girl. When I schedule sessions, I am setting aside valuable time away from my family to serve my clients, and I ask that this time be respected.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy
• 30-minute sessions include a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled.
• 45-minute and 60-minute sessions include a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled.
📅 Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
• Clients who arrive late resulting in a canceled session, or who make last-minute cancellations, will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to rebook any future session.
• Clients who no-show without communication will be placed on a “Do Not Book” list and I will no longer be able to accept future bookings from them.
These policies are not intended to be harsh, but rather to protect my time, my family time, and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an available session date.
