🚨 Speaker Call: Help Empower the Next Generation! 🚨

Hi everyone! I'm looking for passionate, engaging professionals or business owners who can volunteer 90 minutes of their time to speak to a small group of junior high and high school students as part of our monthly “This is Me Influencers” program in Ogden, UT.

This monthly program is designed to build confidence and real-world competence in teens through unedited portrait sessions, community speakers, and meaningful conversations. We're seeking speakers who can share practical life skills and “adulting basics” in a way that's fun, impactful, and age-appropriate.

🎤 Topics We’d Love to Feature Include:

Basic car maintenance (jump-starting, wiper fluid, tire air)
How to budget & manage money smartly
Social media safety & digital responsibility
Kitchen & home safety tips
How to shop for groceries or do laundry effectively
First aid or basic self-care skills
How to sew a button, iron a shirt, or organize a closet

You’ll have 10 minutes to discuss your topic and then you will hang out during the event to answer questions and connect. These kids are incredible, and they remember every speaker – we’ve seen lives changed because someone took the time to show up.

The "This is Me Yoga in the Park" is almost here! Join us Tuesday at Beus Pond Park from 6–7:30 PM for one of our favorite events of the year!

This Tuesday’s event is going to be extra exciting—we’re taking This is Me to Neptune Skating (2770 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT)! Get ready for an evening of fun, photos, and nonstop energy. They’ve got skating, arcade games, and even an indoor skate park!

Since there’s so much action happening, we won’t have a speaker this month—we know it would be way too hard to keep your attention with all the shenanigans going on!
