With the fires that have been happening all around Utah the smoke got really bad that the mountains started disappearing at one point. I hope the rain that we got these last few days helped the firefighters that have been working tirelessly to fight them.

The last 2 months have been absolutely crazy… from baseball games, Fourth of July, Scottish festivals, and bunch of family birthdays this month, on top of that dealing with some health issues that needed to go to physical therapy. It’s been crazy, so I haven’t been able to keep up on my Instagram and Facebook. I’ll get back up on the posting, and showing my work.

I hope you all had a wonderful and safe Fourth of July weekend, we went from pool parties to BBQ’s to a clue themed party in one weekend 😂. we didn’t do fireworks because of the firework bans but caught some that were being shot off. Happy Fourth of July. 🇺🇸

Weddings have several traditions that involve the honey bee. The most known is what happens after the wedding “The Honeymoon” 😏

🐝 In England, Wales, and even in some parts of the United States beekeepers would go whisper to their hives about the news of their wedding.

🍯 From Persian roots they have the “Honey ritual” which involves the wedding couple to dip their fingers into a shared dish of honey.

💗 In Irish tradition, if a bee landed on one of the wedding couples hand, it ment true love.

Did you know that Shakespeare had written the word love through all of his work, 2,146 times! Lots of love from couples, brotherhood, family, and friends. (if you count the words loves and loved it would make that number closer to 2,200 times)
