Motocross has always been a huge passion of mine. Growing up, that’s all I really cared about. I had a small shovel built track at the house I grew up in, and I couldn’t begin to count the amount of hours and gallons of gas I burnt out there.
Now as I get older, the passion for the sport has been rekindled. This time it’s through the lens. It amazes me that in such a fast pace and grueling sport, you can capture moments like these.
Maybe soon I’ll get back on the seat and ride again 🧐

This weekend I had the opportunity to practice some portrait photography with this beautiful couple and their fur babies.
Getting into photography and videography, I knew that I would have to widen my skill set and do things I’m not comfortable with... and taking pictures with dogs or babies involved is one of those things.
It changes EVERYTHING. In order to get the dogs in frame as well, I had to put a lot of distance between us and it did not allow me to get the angles and capture the emotion I wanted. But this being my first real attempt, I am happy with what I was able to get and now know what I need to work on for the future.
I hope you enjoy these few highlights of the 750 pictures I took throughout this shoot.
