In May, we second shot a wedding for the first time & Cass | Travel Couples Photographer made it such a sweet experience.

We had never done this before, but we loved the opportunity of capturing the day for Jaycee Crumley & Cass in a more freely & creative way. These details are the first of many many posts we will be sharing from this wedding.

There’s something to be said about working & collaborating with someone with such a good heart, similar values and a love for the craft. Thank you Cass for being amazing, can’t wait for the next one!

To us, the groom’s experience & existence is extremely important on a wedding day. You might be thinking “Well, duh!”. However, the sad part is many grooms don’t feel celebrated or they get overlooked.

It takes two to become one, and we’ve found the wedding industry heavily caters to the brides. We think society hasn’t helped this through the stigmas men face and how wedding planning is a “woman’s thing”.

We don’t believe that. If anything, we notice with our couples that many grooms are genuinely excited for their wedding. They want to be included and heard. Some may genuinely not care about the fine details, but they do deserve to be celebrated. They deserve the portraits, a focus on the details and emotions they experience throughout the day. That’s what makes their experience special.

So while I may be doing bridal portraits with the bride, Gabe gets to spend time with the guys. Having fun, making memories and most of all, making sure the groom has his moment.

With us, the grooms aren’t forgotten. You’re celebrated and cherished 🤍

Another film drop from a beautiful Broken Bow session last fall at an A-Frame cabin . This is where we first met Corey & Linsey, who are undoubtedly the coolest couple you’ll meet. Their chemistry is undeniable, vibes are always the best and your time with them is full of easy conversations lined with joy and laughter.

This is also where we met who hosted this session inspired by Noah Kahan. Broken Bow has become a frequented place by us for couples & weddings now. While it’s a drive, we don’t mind because we love what we do & it’s led to so many new friendships & connections.

We go wherever love leads us 🤍

A vibrant spring wedding on film, Sierra & Chris had one of the most magical spring weddings we’ve seen thus far. After a rain shower the day before, was overflowing with colors all around in the florals and foliage. Everyone was so sweet, bringing heartfelt conversations, laughter, and killer dance moves.

There’s nothing better than having your people gathered in a celebration of love.

There’s nothing better than having a couple who fully believes in your creative vision and has great taste themselves. Jasmine & Britt chose the beautiful Baumberhof as their engagement session location, which was even more stunning to witness as the sun went down.

The estate is gorgeous no matter where you look, but there’s something fun about exploring the nooks & crannies of a space that may get overlooked. There, your creativity blossoms and you end with those special & unique photos you wouldn’t get otherwise. That’s why for us, we arrive early to your sessions. We take our time scouting the perfect areas and let our imaginations run wild so you have beautiful photos unique to YOU. It allows us to build creative direction for you.

We first met Garrett on the day of this engagement session, whereas we met Amber at work quite some time ago. While, time has passed and she has since ventured to a new job, we’ve stayed connected ever since. We were overjoyed when they asked if we could do their engagement photos, and had a wonderful time together.

We worked with roughly a 30 (maybe 40) minute timeframe and played with all the spots the Paseo Arts District had to offer. Amber & Garrett are so sweet, and you can truly tell how much they care for one another.

They get married this year and we are so excited to support them in all the adventures yet to come 🤍💍

Back in December we had the honor of photographing Taylor & Bailey’s engagement session at the Mansion at Woodward Park in Tulsa. T & B are such sweet souls, and we enjoyed getting to know them and their love story better.

Crazily enough, they found us on TikTok. It’s really cool to meet our clients and couples in so many ways whether it’s through social media, word of mouth, etc. We’re always so grateful for each opportunity that comes our way, and we look forward to creating and sharing along the journey.

Here’s a sneak peek into Sydney & Austin’s wedding we photographed last month in Illinois at the historic Chautauqua Auditorium!

We’ve been so lucky to get such sweet couples who fully believe in us, our vision and our work to the point they welcome us from states away. It’s always the best when we have time to create art with our couples, and it’s even better when we all mesh together so well.

Sydney and Austin are the sweetest, most genuine souls. It’s easy to see the love they have for each other but also the kind hearts they carry and extend to those around them. The support and joy is undeniable with them, and we can’t wait to share more from this special day.

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of Frida & Mayan’s marriage! 🌺

We had the special opportunity to celebrate them and photograph their very intimate San Diego courthouse wedding last May that was followed by a cozy dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

The day went by so quickly, and it was filled with joy, laughter and many tears. Surprises never ceased from cars getting ticketed and needing to move to the special announcement of a new addition to the family! We’re are grateful to have witnessed it all alongside them.

Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are now. We wish you both so much love and happiness from the bottom of our hearts, and we hope you both have a wonderful time celebrating this exciting one of many milestones together 🤍
