I don’t think anyone left this session completely dry… and there may have been a tumble or two along the way (including me). Proof that the best family sessions don’t happen when everything goes according to plan.
It’s been such a privilege watching this little family grow. The way Makayla and Hunter love each other, and the way they pour that love into Waylon, my heart. 🥹💗

I’m convinced kids are at their happiest when they’re barefoot, running around, and loving on their mama.

These are the kinds of photos I hope get pulled out years from now, when the little moments have become the biggest memories.

And one more thing… yes, she’s just as talented with a tattoo machine as she is being a mama. If you’ve been wanting new ink, go book with my girl. 🥹💛

As we are nearing into August and the start of a brand new school year (how is that even possible?!), I wanted to give everyone a little update on my schedule.

Beginning at the end of July, Golden Hour Sessions at my field location or other client-requested locations will be limited to two weekends each month.

I will still be offering weekday golden hour sessions at my home and farm on a limited basis by special request.

With both of my babies starting school this year, I’m making a few changes to create a better balance between family time, my full-time career, and photography while still giving my clients the experience they deserve.

With that being said, if you’ve been thinking about booking an August golden hour session, don’t wait! Weekend availability will be much more limited, and once those spots are filled, they’re gone. 💗

I’m officially back from vacation! 💙

I’ve already sent out several galleries and will be editing and delivering even more throughout this week. Thank you all for your patience while I took a little time away!

i’ve looked through this gallery more times than i’d like to admit. 🥹

how lucky am i that i get to call this my job??

there’s something really special about watching people you’ve known since high school grow into this version of life. from teenagers to building the sweetest little family, it’s been such a joy to watch. these two really did make the cutest babies, and i don’t think i ever stopped smiling while editing their gallery. 💗

i’m aware i say “i’m obsessed” about basically every gallery… but can you blame me? 🤪
