Sometimes, a session looks like chaos, because let’s be honest, sometimes it is. A toddler who won’t stop running, a baby who just wants to be held, and you — doing your best to hold it all together.
But here’s what I want you to know: that is the good stuff.
That’s the real, raw, beating heart of your family — the way you love through the noise, the way your child melts into your arms, the way your partner looks at you in the middle of it all.
You may not remember how many diapers you had to change or the number of tantrums you needed to soothe. But you will remember what it felt like to be theirs.
