It has suddenly occurred to me that I have severely lost sight of the things that used to make me feel connected and alive. (Notice how I didn't say "happy"? That's something different).

This reminder comes from a strange place: and memories I made with my old friend ♥️ (also, thank you, Josh, for taking this photo of me!)

As I scroll though the photos that I took while I was in Utah, I remember how wide-eyed and free I felt. This comes from both the excitement of snapping the perfect shot, and being in excellent company.

It's time to adventure once again... Maybe not far at first... but soon...
