2027 is a STACKED year for Film School Road Trip. 10 destinations across the globe—the most we’ve ever done. With 9 attendees each, this year of trips is designed to combat burnout and encourage new friendships.

Film School Road Trip is for burnt-out artists looking to reset, slow down, and shoot some film in a filmic destination with like-minded people. Do you need to be an expert? Of course not. Veteran photographers, full-on hobbyists, someone clicking their fist shutter—we’re all equals here.

The new Film School Road Trip website is live now! Link in bio.

*Pssst* Spoilers, but Jackson Hole has already sold out completely by alumni. Want to be the first to get updates on Film School Road Trip? Sign up for the mailing list on the website.

Luckycolor C400!

Lucky Film is back with a brand new 400 speed color negative emulsion, formulated in China. It’s their second color film after Luckycolor 200, and not a rebrand of another emulsion. Its a completely original formula.
It’s daylight balanced with true to life colors. Warmer and more contrasty than C200, still red-based so reds pop, with noticeable grain.
Our best results came from rating it at 200, a stop over, but 400 and 320 looked good too. Shoot a test roll and bracket to find what you like.

Currently 35mm only, and not officially distributed in the U.S., but you can grab some at our store. Link in bio.
