It’s crazy looking back now knowing the whole timeline because she HAD been in labor the afternoon and evening before when I was already thinking of and praying for her 🥹 I just LOVE when things like this happen!

God will use your talents to serve others and honor Him if you listen to His nudges. All glory to Him for every detail of this story!

One of the best parts of home birth, is that just a minute after birth, baby boy is snuggling and bonding with him mom. No aggressive stimulation, no unnecessary interventions for mom. Just uninterrupted bonding 🤍

It’s such a special and surreal time when that pregnancy test shows up positive.

When you’re the only one who knows about this tiny person.

Before you tell your family and all your friends, even before you run to your husband. When it’s just the two of you.

Even after everyone knows and can share in this joy, nobody will get to share the exact UNIQUE joy you hold… It is still really just you two…

And it will be, for 9 SHORT months.

The days are long, but the months and years are short. The aches of pregnancy are hard, but you will miss this season deeply when you’re on the other side.

You will wish that you could go back and feel their kicks just one more time. You’ll wish you could go back to when it was just the two of you just for a moment.

So cherish this sweet, BLESSED season, even in the hard 🤍

Whenever I was first editing this gallery and came across this picture, I actually gasped out loud. My husband thought something was wrong, but I was actually just gasping as this baby girl literally SMILING at me 😭🥹 I didn’t see her do this when I took the photo so it was the cutest surprise when I first looked through these.
