Attention to all Storybook Photography customers!!!
We are launching an exciting feature that we hope will enhance your experience of working with us!
Starting today you can email [email protected] and type in either the subject line or in the body of the email the words “Video Status” or “Photo Status”and you will receive an automated response with where we are in the process of editing your photos and video! Below are the 6 steps you will receive (they will have more details than listed in this text).
1.) Your Photos are Being Uploaded
2.) We are Picking the Best Photos
3.) Your Photos are Being Edited
4.) We Have Finished Editing and are in the Approval Process Before Uploading
5.) We are Uploading Your Photos
6.) Your Album is Done!
Please keep in mind this is an experimental project and may contain some errors at the moment. You will receive a response with more detail on the process in the body. Responses may not be immediate while in this experimental stage. Please keep an eye out on all inboxes after sending.
Moving forward our primary method of contact will be changing from phone to email in order to keep with our growing business. Please use the email address listed for contact unless you have set a phone conference.
