Family Pool Build at WaterWolf Ranch | Chaos, Coyotes & Setbacks 🐺💦

This pool project turned into WAY more work than we ever imagined 😳🐺💦

After days of building a 20x40 foot platform, hauling and spreading 26 yards of sand, and trying to level everything perfectly… we finally started putting the WaterWolves pool up

Zeus, Tonka, our son, and our grandsons all helped spread sand

Daddy and I spent HOURS moving sand ourselves… and then the boys came over and moved a 16 yard pile in about ONE hour 😯

Then came the hard part… actually putting the pool up

It was just Daddy and me trying to lift and position this massive thing, and honestly, we almost didn’t pull it off

But we’re stubborn 🤣

And let’s just say… we definitely paid for it in pain afterward

We also celebrated Mother’s Day with family, spotted a coyote in the cow pasture, and got some sweet moments with Capone, Casper, and our newest granddaughter Sabrina 💙🐺

But just when we thought we were done… disaster struck 😳

Two days later we realized the sides were sinking too much, and we were terrified the pool might break

So we had to drain ALL 15,000 gallons of water and waste $120 worth of salt just to reinforce the poles with wood blocks 🤦‍♀️💦

Puppy Wrestling Match Turns Into Total Chaos 😂🐺

Zeus and Monroe turned the pool platform into a wrestling arena again 😂🐺

Meanwhile, retired Tonka was just wandering around the ranch, supervising the chaos like the wise old man he is 🥹🐺💙

I looked over and Zeus and Monroe were literally eating the sand

26 weeks of Zeus 🥹🐺💙

I don’t even know where to start…

He’s officially bigger than Monroe now… and getting way too close to Tonka’s size 😳
Last time we checked he was over 80 pounds… and at this point he’s too big and heavy for me to even pick up 🤣

But no matter how big he gets… he’s still the same chaotic, dinosaur-hunting, bug-chasing, Zeus-on-the-loose 🤭🐺

AND now… he’s added a new hobby 😅

Running up behind me at full speed and body-checking me like it’s a game… almost knocking me over every time 🤦‍♀️🤣

I tell him he’s going to hurt himself… but he just thinks it’s hilarious and keeps doing it

From the moment he came home to now… he’s brought so much life, laughter, and chaos into our days

And watching him grow into who he’s becoming… while still being that wild, goofy puppy… has been something really special

This is 26 weeks of Zeus 💙🐺

Zeus went swimming with a wolfdog named Woo… and things got interesting fast 😂🐺💦

At first, he wasn’t so sure about the pool

He watched… hesitated… tried to figure it out

And then… he kind of stumbled in 🤣

After that, it was ON

Swimming laps, roughhousing with Woo, and even trying to show off a little

He was joined by Finn, Bennett, and Cannon in the pool, turning it into full chaos

And let’s just say… Zeus may have been flirting with Woo the “cougar” a little 😂🐺

Life with this puppy is never boring 💙🐺

After Losing My Brother… This Moment Brought Me Peace 🥹🐺

April 17, 2026 was such a hard day….I lost my baby brother 💔

In the middle of all that grief, I found myself sitting outside, just watching my granddaughter Kahlia, Zeus, Monroe, and Tonka

Kahlia and Zeus were “dinosaur hunting” in one of his holes like they always do… digging for dinosaurs and treasures

Monroe was laying nearby, just watching them play, calm and present

And Tonka… walking around, quietly patrolling, keeping an eye on everything like he always does

The sun was setting, everything felt calm, and for a moment… everything slowed down

Sometimes, even in grief, the smallest moments can help you breathe again

This was one of those moments I wish I could hold onto forever 💙🐺

He found the mud… and went ALL in

Completely filthy, soaking wet, and loving every second of it

And when I tried to stop him… he threw a full tantrum 🤣

From wearing that Bigfoot costume 🤣 to getting dunked by Monroe and Dexter… she’s given us so many laughs and unforgettable moments

And now… she’s about to become a Momma 💗

We are going to be Great Grandparents to a beautiful little girl, and we couldn’t be more excited for her

Malamutes as Lifeguards… Protecting a Pool Full of Cats 😂🐺🐱
They were supposed to look like Tonka and Zeus🤣
I made my first AI video… and this is what happened 😂🐺🐱

Two Alaskan Malamutes became lifeguards, whistles and all, standing guard over a pool full of swimming cats

I don’t know what’s funnier… the dogs taking their job seriously or the cats just casually swimming like it’s normal

AI is wild… and I think I might be having too much fun with this 🤣
