We came back for the morning sun. It was cold, the grass covered in dew, but there was sun. And she was beautiful.

This was my first session of the season to actually get rain (oh, we've thought we were getting rain before, but it usually changes its mind... or we do before we actually get to location). So, we rescheduled her for a sunny day but decided to just have a fun bonus-rain session since we were already out there. And I have to say, they are some of my favorites.

This was my 3rd year photographing Ginger & Gigi with their favorite people... each year Ginger gets a bit older and Gigi, well, this year she brought a little attitude (and who could blame her with eyes like those). It's always fun to see how their year went.

One of my favorite things about senior pictures is creatively getting their "passions" into a few shots. This senior was pretty chill. He wore his comfortably broken into cowboy boots, tried to chew gum (not getting that past this photographer), and brought a fishing rod and tackle bag. Got to love it. He was great.

When you keep running into each other on site, but one of you (Karen Keller Photography) has better wind-swept photographer hair than this photog. 🤣 love this community.

AM session at Infirmary Mound...love arriving early to find the light (but sometimes frustrated when it is perfect and I im too early to het started). Look at that sky!
