Attention Realtors…
If your listing has the same sunset sky as the other 37 houses on Zillow… we need to talk. 😂 At some point, we’re not selling a house anymore… we’re selling a Pixar movie.
Here’s my philosophy:
I don’t photograph homes to fool buyers.
I photograph homes to make buyers want to schedule a showing.
For years I photographed multimillion dollar homes, luxury ranches, and some of the best resorts in Idaho and Wyoming. My goal has always been simple… create images that stop people from scrolling while still looking like the home they’ll actually walk into.
This is the first listing I’ve photographed here in Paw Paw, and I think it turned out pretty darn good. More importantly, the homeowners loved it.
If you’re a Realtor who’s tired of cookie cutter listing photos and wants images that actually make people say, “Whoa… let’s go see this place,” send me a message.

Because every house deserves better than the same fake sky, radioactive grass, and the inside of the house glowing like it has a nuclear reactor in it!

I know… I’ve been quieter than a owl flying through the timber. 😄
First off, I’m sorry! But don’t worry, when fall colors start showing up and winter storms start rolling across Lake Michigan, I’ll be right back where I belong with a camera in my hands.
I haven’t disappeared, though. I’ve been pouring my heart into The Distance, and if all goes according to plan, I’m hoping to have it finished by Thanksgiving. It’s been a labor of love, and I can’t wait to finally share it with all of you.
This summer has been all about family. I’ve been soaking up every minute I can with the people I love, photographing travel baseball, squeezing in studio sessions with some awesome young athletes, and in between all of that… planning a wedding.
Let me tell you, whoever said wedding planning was stressful wasn’t exaggerating. 😅 August 22 is coming fast, and we’re officially in the home stretch!
So here’s my one little favor to ask.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there.
The ones who taught us how to work hard, shake a hand, keep our word, and get back up when life bucks us off. The ones who spent long days under the sun, fixed what was broken, and somehow always knew exactly what to say when we needed it most.
Whether you’re raising kids, grandkids, bonus kids, or simply showing up for someone who needs you, your work matters more than you know.
Here’s to the fathers, cowboys, ranchers, tradesmen, outdoorsmen, and everyday heroes who leave tracks worth following.

I launched the drone to 200 feet just as this storm’s leading edge rolled into Paw Paw. Minutes later, the rain swallowed everything beneath it.
This image is a 21 photo panorama looking north from Paw Paw, capturing the entire shelf cloud stretching across the horizon. From the lightning on the left to the rain curtains on the right, it felt like watching nature build a wall across the sky.

Sometimes the best seat in the house is 200 feet above it.

WANTED: Athletes, seniors, cowboys, dancers, fighters, baseball teams/players, softball teams/players, football monsters, volleyball legends, wrestlers, rodeo kids, hockey players… honestly if it breathes and has a wild idea, let’s build it.

Downtown Paw Paw just got a little dangerous for boring photos.

I’ve officially opened my new portrait space inside a historic downtown building with massive old windows, natural wood floors, turf setups, gritty textures, cinematic lighting, and enough room to create just about anything you can dream up. Think less “school photo day”… more sports magazine cover meets movie poster.

Smoke-filled dramatic scenes

Creative custom concepts for ANY sport or portrait session

Bring your helmet, cleats, glove, saddle, bat, jersey, wrestling belt, prom dress, or completely unhinged idea you saw on the TikTok’s at 2am. I’m here for it.

• $150 for a 1-hour session
• Guaranteed minimum of 10 fully edited images
• Usually WAY more than that
• You receive all photos worth editing
• Full printing packages available
• Use the images however you’d like

This isn’t cookie cutter photography. This is building something people stop scrolling for.

Spring showed up and stomped the gas pedal
Between baseball for my soon to be stepson, softball for my daughter, graduation for my soon to be step daughter and everything else ramping up, I’ve been running a little wide open lately…
(And because we like to stay busy apparently…) my daughter is in a musical AND playing softball at the same time, no off switch around here.
Here’s a shot from their final dress rehearsal before the big show this Saturday at Paw Paw High School.
The musical is… legally I can’t say the name… but it’s called something like “Frozonk.”
You know, the one where it’s real cold, there’s some dramatic sibling energy, and a whole lotta “should’ve brought a jacket” moments
