I had the joy of photographing Gypsy, a sweet 16-year-old Jack Russell. Her dog mom wanted to celebrate her golden years with some special photos—of course, we made it happen!

These days, Gypsy loves cozy snuggles on the couch and soaking up the sun on lazy afternoons. Back in her prime, she was quite the escape artist—a little mischievous cutie always keeping everyone on their toes! Through it all, she’s been her human’s loyal sidekick, offering love and comfort during some really big life moments.

And guess what? Today is her gotcha day! Let’s all wish this lovely little lady a very happy Gotcha Day! 🐾

🐾Thank you so much to everyone who came out to Gary's Brewery for the Santa Paws & Pints + Holiday Dog Adoption Event! We’re incredibly grateful for your support and for sharing some holiday cheer with us.

Thanks to your generosity, we raised just over $1,000 from the photoshoot and donations! These funds will be divided equally among Paws Crossed Dog Rescue, Amazing Grace Bully Rescue, and Furry Friends of the Panhandle Rescue to help them continue their amazing work for animals in need.

We’re so thankful for each and every one of you who participated, donated, or adopted. You made this holiday season even more special!

Earlier this year, I decided to dip my toes into the International Pet Photography Awards just to see how my images would do and get feedback from the pros. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much.

But today, the results came out, and I found out that all three photos I submitted placed and received recognition! The feedback was incredibly helpful, and it inspires me to keep growing, creating, and striving to provide my clients with the best fine-art pet portraits—something they’ll be proud to display and that I can be proud of, too.

I can officially add “International Award-Winning Pet Photographer” to my title! Cheers to a great day!

We’ve wrapped up Tails of the World, and I’m excited to share that we raised $900 for Gulf Coast Rottweiler Rescue! This will go a long way in helping with their rescue efforts. A huge thank you to everyone who participated!

Tails of the World™ is a global collaboration of pet photographers, all working together to make a difference for animals in need. Tails of the World Volume III, will be published by Caitlin J. McColl and will be available for purchase on December 1st. 100% of the proceeds will go to Geelong Animal Welfare Society (GAWS), an organization that rehomes lost pets and promotes responsible pet ownership.

I’m so proud to be part of this wonderful project!

WOR is on the ground in Florida and gearing up to save lives, but we need your help! Hurricane Milton has intensified rapidly in the Gulf of Mexico, becoming a potentially catastrophic Category 5 storm that is projected to hit land in Florida late Wednesday. Tomorrow, partnering with The Humane Society of the United States and KeepingFinn we will be flying pets from Labelle, Okeechobee, Highland County and Clewiston to Alaqua Animal Refuge where a temporary shelter has been constructed. Moving these pets to safety before the storm hits is a huge priority as it will free up shelter space for those displaced by the storm.

This is our second hurricane rescue flight in less than a week and these flights are only made possible by the generous support of our partners, donors, and sponsors so please help us make this happen! I had such a great time at the Dog Daze event yesterday, presented by Friendship Veterinary Hospital at The Landing in FWB! This awesome yearly celebration of dogs and their humans was filled with fun moments, and I’m so grateful to have been part of it and met such wonderful people. Can’t wait for the next one!
