branding sesh 🤍
This gallery was created to feel elevated, approachable, calm, strong, and community centered while also giving them a versatile library of content to use across their website, socials, and marketing materials. My goal with brand work is always to supply business owners with a diverse gallery of images they can pull from for a long, long time.
In order for that to happen successfully, there’s a lot of behind the-scenes planning taking place beforehand. Before the session, I created a list of “shot categories” and made sure I stayed intentional about hitting each one while shooting and while curating the final gallery. The list consisted of hero / brand identity photos, movement & instruction, pilates & reformer, individual instructor content, group/community moments, and detail / brand filler images. Within each category, I made sure to capture a variety of angles and compositions. i.e. pull backs, up close details, eye contact vs non-eye contact, movement vs posed, etc.
I’ve learned the more planning on my end, the better. Business owners are BUSY, so efficiency matters. The goal is always to create a gallery that not only looks beautiful, but actually functions well for the business long term. This package also included a brand photo guide with tips on how to implement the images across platforms and keep the gallery feeling fresh for a long, long time.
As always, thank you for trusting me ❤️ Brand work fills my creative cup right up & I seriously can’t get enough of it.
For you photo peeps, this is a mix of digital and 120 film 😍
