I don't believe we need to be healed before we can start loving our life.
Honestly, if this is your goal: To feel good ALL of the time and have no drama and everything look perfect before you start showing up in your highest expression...
This might be one reason you're doing well but then falling off a few months into it.
Because you had an expectation for how your life needed to look so the moment someone else doesn't cooperate or you lose a job or boyfriend breaks up with you.....dooooown you go.
Right back to where you started.
Sound familiar?
We're meant to have an opinion, be bold, polarizing, unique, and feel good doing it as we exist in a frequency of Love!
Just because someone else doesn't like our choices or how we exist in their world, doesn't mean anything about ourselves.
Someone else rejecting us or changing their mind, means nothing about us and doesn't mean we need to stop showing up in our life.
We have to show up for ourselves in our day in order to heal, and no this doesn't mean you have to be all love and light with everyone or talk to everyone.
It means that we have to take the power back over HOW we choose to show up, to live AT CAUSE for how our life is instead of IN EFFECT of what other people want us to do.
How do we do this?
With a consistent mindful morning routine that activates the connection with our Soul first thing in the morning.
If you always feel anxious and tired in your day, a morning routine can help you become slow down to feel calm and clear so that you take action throughout the day from a raised frequency, or a place of authenticity.
This practice will help you activate, maintain, and nurture the connection with your Soul so that you continue to clear the clutter of conditioning, programming, and people pleasing WHILE you live and enjoy your life.
When we STOP showing up, when we go into avoidance, when we hide, we're staying in the same place. Things will stay the same if you don't do it with presence, or mindful ness.
