DiJonai Carrington grew up the daughter of an 8-year NFL safety who played in two Super Bowls. Her mother was the athletic director at her private Christian high school and also her head coach. Her father coached alongside her mother. Her sister was on staff too. She went straight from that private school to Stanford.

Sophie Cunningham grew up in small-town Missouri, in a working-class family, and built her way up through hard work not a household with an NFL pension and a private-school tuition already covered.

So when Carrington threw a forearm across Sophie's head and neck, got ejected, and posted "WHITE PRIVILEGE" it's worth asking who actually grew up with more advantages here.

Privilege was never really about skin color. It's about what door you were born walking through. And by that measure, this one isn't close.

The socialist wing of the Democratic Party isn't a fringe anymore. It's winning primaries New York, Detroit, seat after seat while establishment leadership loses control of its own party in real time.

City-run grocery stores. Rent freezes that choke off housing. Calls to abolish ICE. Killing the filibuster. This isn't a hypothetical anymore it's a governing agenda with real momentum behind it.

There's exactly one way to stop a political movement in this country, and it isn't complicated: outvote it.

REAL PROGRESS, NOT A CHERRY-PICKED HEADLINE. 🇺🇸

The USDA just confirmed it: America's agricultural trade deficit is projected to shrink from $43.7 billion to $29 billion this fiscal year a 43% cut in a single year.

Compare that to the trajectory we inherited. Farmers used to run a surplus America exported far more than it imported. By the end of the last administration, USDA was forecasting the ag trade gap would balloon to $50 billion.

Now it's heading the other direction. USDA's own trade official credits it directly to this administration's trade deals, and says the next goal is getting back to an actual surplus where American farmers export more than we import, the way it used to be.

This is the kind of trade progress that actually holds up not a one-month blip, a real year-over-year trend, straight from the government's own numbers.

Ilhan Omar swore an oath to represent Minnesota's Fifth District and to the U.S. Constitution not to any foreign country's interests.

In January 2024, standing in front of her own Minneapolis constituents, she told them she'd use her position in Congress to advance Somalia's interests in a regional dispute — and by one translation of her remarks, said the U.S. government would do what Somalis in America told it to do.

She's also drawn fire for comments widely condemned as invoking antisemitic tropes about American support for Israel, and for repeated controversies over foreign policy statements that read like she's representing a country she doesn't hold office in.

Every member of Congress owes their loyalty to the people who elected them and the Constitution they swore to defend not to a foreign government, however personal the connection.

Karoline Leavitt is stepping down as White House Press Secretary at the end of the month — the youngest person to ever hold that podium, at 28 years old, walking away after 18 months that outlasted every press secretary from Trump's first term.

Her reason wasn't scandal or burnout from the job itself. It was motherhood. Her words: since coming back after her daughter was born, she felt she couldn't be the mom her two young kids deserve while giving that job everything it demands. She called it bittersweet — and put family first anyway.

President Trump's response: "one of my most trusted aides" and she's staying on as an outside advisor and an influential voice for the party heading into the midterms.

Whatever the press said about her performances at the podium, she did something a lot of "career-first" Washington rarely does she chose her kids over the spotlight, without hesitation.

One principle, and it isn't complicated: in the United States, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Not Sharia. Not canon law. Not any religious code, from any faith.

That's not an attack on anyone's right to believe or worship. The First Amendment protects that fully, and it should. You can practice your religion freely — but when it comes to the law everyone lives under, there's one, and it's the Constitution.

Every officeholder in this country swears an oath to that document. Not to a holy book. Not to a foreign authority. To the Constitution and the people it serves.

That's the whole standard. It applies equally to everyone, of every faith, and it's the thing that keeps a free country free.

Border Czar Tom Homan is defending a new tool for ICE agents gloves that deliver a painful but non-lethal electric shock to gain compliance from someone actively resisting arrest.

Here's his reasoning, and it's hard to argue with: "You can't just go from 0 to 100. The first thing you go for shouldn't be lethal force."

That's the whole point. When someone fights an arrest, an agent has a split second to decide how to respond. Right now the options jump fast hands, baton, or a firearm. A shock glove adds a rung on the ladder below deadly force. It ends the struggle without ending a life.

Corrections officers who've used similar tools say the same thing: safer for the officer, and safer for the person being arrested. One jail official said he'd been shocked in training more than ten times intense, but the pain stops the instant contact breaks. No lasting injury.

Agents facing resistance and hostility every day deserve every non-lethal option we can give them.

DHS says Operation Metro Surge pulled 3,000 criminal illegal aliens off Minneapolis streets in six weeks and the case files are not paperwork violations:

▪️ A Laotian national with a homicide conviction and a final removal order from 2015 still here a decade later.
▪️ A Guatemalan national convicted of s*xual assault, with a removal order from 2018.
▪️ A convicted s*x offender whose record includes so**my of a 12-year-old girl.

These are people multiple immigration judges already ordered removed who simply stayed, for years, while local leaders looked the other way.

DHS put it plainly: they acted because state and local officials wouldn't. Every one of these individuals is someone a Minneapolis family no longer has to worry about running into.

For months, federal agents in Portland have stood their ground at the ICE facility while being swarmed, blocked, blinded with strobe lights, and pelted with thrown objects night after night.

DHS says over 100 rioters stormed the facility in one night alone. Officers assaulted. One hospitalized. Assaults against ICE agents are up a staggering 1,000%.

These aren't the people the media calls "mostly peaceful." President Trump formally designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization, and the agents holding that line are doing it understaffed, out-numbered, and with radical local politicians actively working against them.

They show up anyway. Every night. Because someone has to enforce the law even when the city won't.

Here's how it went. DiJonai Carrington threw a forearm across Sophie Cunningham's head and neck. Got ejected on a Flagrant 2. Then — instead of "my bad, got carried away" — she posted "WHITE PRIVILEGE" and tagged the Fever.

Think about the move. She committed the foul. She got thrown out. And somehow she became the victim.

That's the play now. When you can't win on the merits, reach for the race card and hope nobody checks the tape.

Except the tape is right there. And the person who actually got hit — Sophie — wouldn't even go along with it: "This has nothing to do with race. There's no reason even to play that card."

The one who threw the punch cried victim. The one who took it showed class. America can tell the difference.
