I love that sweet window where babies are just starting to sit up, curious about everything, but not quite mobile enough to make a full escape yet. 😄

This little girl was perfectly content the whole session, staying close to mom, dad and Grandma who were so sweetly attentive to her. She’s one adored little lady (and rightfully so!).

I loved getting to meet this sweet family and capture a few moments of this season of their life!

I love fall colors for photos, and also, there's something so fun and playful about spring colors and textures. The pastels, linen fabric, seersucker, florals, airy dresses, bow ties... count me in!

I started my business because I wanted people to see just how beautiful their real lives are… and this one — well, just look how beautiful!

Watching the way this little guy gave his mom the tightest hug and how they played airplane and giggled together — that’s the best kind of beauty. It might feel a little crazy sometimes with toddlers, but honestly, that can be the sweetest part of capturing this special season of your life.

And it probably goes without saying that I’m a total sucker for dogs in sessions. Stella 🐶 was such a good sport — she was a little confused about what we were doing in the middle of the desert, but she was fully here for the snuggles and the treats. 🐾

Spring sessions are here, and this is one of the most beautiful times of year for photos. If you’ve been thinking about booking, this is your sign — I’d love to capture your crew just like this. 🌸

Spring and summer in Arizona are gorgeous — when you time them right. As a fourth-generation Arizonian (and both a photographer and gardener), I’ve learned exactly when our landscapes and weather are at their best (mostly from learning the hard way).

Here’s the sweet spot:
🌸 March–mid May: Phoenix
🌸 Mid May–June: Prescott
🌸 Late June–August: Flagstaff

My spring mini-sessions are intentionally scheduled in Phoenix and Prescott during these ideal windows for the best light, weather, and foliage.

I have been keeping SO many beautiful surprises and secrets from my sessions this past fall that I'm so excited to get to finally share!! From pregnancies to engagements, it has been such an honor to get to celebrate with such wonderful people.
These first-time clients were an absolute dream to photograph for their pregnancy announcement! Their ADORABLE little guy/future big brother was ALL smiles during our session and we had an absolute blast. I really love being able to have fun together as adults and with the kiddos. It just makes for an all-around joyful experience for everyone!
We also had a little bit of cloud cover, which allowed us to be able to shoot in a few places and angles that I normally don't get to shoot at in this location (fun for me as an almost always sunny, Arizona photog!).
Congratulations on your sweet little girl!!! 🎀 I can't wait to meet her!

**No social media or email from Dec 21-27!**

I’ve been practicing intentional rhythms of rest for almost 10 years. It’s been, by far, one of the most challenging areas of growth for me and still hasn’t gotten easier exactly… just different.

Maybe you’ve seen my weekly vacation responder via e-mail or we’ve talked about it in person, but I want to be a person and business owner that values rest, having a full life, and creating real moments of joy.

I lean toward the perfectionistic/workaholic side and get consumed if I’m not careful (thanks ADHD), so I have to/get to be very purposeful with rest. I’m not the best at this, but man, I try and learn!

SO….. I take at least 7+ days off over Christmas from social media and email every year and I LOVE IT!! It helps me to be present and thankful during a time that I could just sit on my phone. Maybe you want to join me??? 😉🥰

This fall has been my busiest season yet! Between Prescott, Phoenix, and even a beach session, I've racked up more miles than I can count—all fueled by podcasts and audiobooks (my Spotify Wrapped is going to be very interesting this year 😅).

I've been so focused on breaking my turnaround time record from last year that social media took a backseat. But over the next few weeks/months, I'm excited to share all the amazing sessions from this season—like this beach shoot with my brother's family, where we all laughed until we cried (it helps when you have a bro that will put out all the stops to make everyone laugh for great photos).

Thank you for making this one of my favorite fall seasons ever. I'm so grateful for each of you! 🤍
