There’s something special about photographing a restaurant before its doors even open. I had the pleasure of shooting the menu for Zeitouna, a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern gem coming soon to Eastmark in Mesa, and working with Sabrina and her wonderful family made it even better. Their warmth and hospitality come through in every dish, from these za’atar-crusted lamb chops to a table full of mezze made for sharing. Keep an eye on Zeitouna the Valley is in for a treat.
