When said we were gonna have a dream team on set, he wasn’t lying, and I just had to share some BTS. Two were my brides, another was a dear friend, and the other two are vendors I work with most often at weddings. Every one of them is insanely talented, but even more so, they’re the kindest, most genuine people I know in the industry. The original plan for the shoot was outside in cherry blossoms, but the weather switched it up on us—so we turned the studio into a whole moment.

You guys should have seen my reaction when I saw these absolutely gorgeous blooming trees from the car as we were driving to our second location. I literally gasped. So happy we were able to capture it for this gorgeous engagement before the trees are done for the season. Delivering this full gallery today and already counting down to their Pennsylvania wedding next year.

This stunning couple was visiting Pittsburgh last week, and we had just one day to make this shoot happen, as I was booked the rest of the time they were in town. The forecast called for 100% rain, but we took the risk anyway, preparing all kinds of Plan B options, but Pittsburgh surprised us with the most perfect, sun-filled day. Hoping that the city will surprise us the same way on their wedding day next year.
