What HASHTAGS should REALTORS use? 🤔

This answer depends on many factors.
So for anyone in the Pittsburgh market, it would be . For almost every real estate agent out there, a hashtag that's almost guaranteed into their strategy is . Duh.

But the problem is, is that when we start using up to 30 different hashtags, Instagram has no idea where to put our post. So we really need to focus on the mantra of less is more when it comes to hashtagging.

I suggest agents stick within these "niche themes" so they can get the most data & reach for their hashtags! Every real estate agent can use these hashtags as a reference:

1) Your Industry 🏡
2) Your Location 📍
3) Your Preferred Audience 🎯
4) Your Branding 🖤
5) Your Community 🖤💛

Streamline your this year, and watch your customer list grow! 🌱💧

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE new technology, fancy bells and whistles, shiny objects, and every other distraction out there. 🤩🤩

Yet, in 2022, we ALL can do A LOT more with a little less. It's time we start decluttering our complicated, digital spaces & platforms. 🧹📴

I personally know DOZENS on who are THROWING AWAY $500-1000 a MONTH 💸💸💸💸 on marketing/sales that they were oversold!

It pays to invest in quality 🎥as a surefire way to market your Real Estate services across a variety of channels. YouTube & IG are great examples of "no cost" video channels. 😵‍💫

Is your broker capturing YOUR online/social leads?!? 🚨
