Bridgette & Sean’s spring wedding was straight out of a dream. It paired the most classic of color palettes and traditional details with the most unique and fun surprises- like a little card trick during their Catholic wedding ceremony!

Soft blush, sage green, and ivory tones met timeless elegance at Pittsburgh’s Oakmont Country Club—which just so happens to be hosting the U.S. Open this week! ⛳️✨ I really have a way of photographing weddings right around the times venues are set to host major events (just like P&R’s wedding at Nemacolin last year, before the !)

A little details appreciation post ✨ We see a lot of the same ideas and details week to week in the wedding world. And many are classics for a good reason - a mirrored welcome sign, bountiful bud vases, the perfect charger to go with etched champagne glasses. A big shout out to .pgh , , , and for creating something I can honestly say I’ve never seen! 😍 The rock-garden es**rt table plus the moss-covered centerpieces? I am obsessed. The pairing of every detail with its counterpart was art- colorful organic-feeling bud-vases paired with bold black-and-white chargers, light sage tablecloths with smoked grey champagne flutes. A checker-print dance floor in an elegant, serene garden. The push and pull was perfection ✨

IT’S WEDDING DAY for Kristin and Liam!! Words just can’t describe how excited I am for today- it’s got what just may be the sweetest couple on earth, one of my favorite people as my second (PS, it’s , and PS, she’s never available), and truly an awe-inspiring vendor team of wedding creatives in Pittsburgh. There’s so much excitement in the air, both to see these incredible humans again, and to get them married! Let’s go! 🎉

This spring garden party wedding day had no shortage of love to share with friends and family from every chapter of their lives, coast to coast, in the biggest moments and the smallest. Happy tears and laughter filled the warm summer breeze as sunbeams danced around Karlee and Chad, string music serenading all in attendance. This day was magic, through and through. 

Fitting an entire day into ten little boxes, even with moments puzzle-pieced together, is impossible. To experience this day, you need to hear Karlee’s laugh, stand outside under the sun, breeze just kissing your hair, and FEEL. This day felt like a warm hug welcoming you home, getting coffee with an old friend, or spending the day in the garden watching fuzzy little bees collect pollen. Because your day is more than just pictures- it has to be photographs that make you feel.


To everyone who made this day so amazing for Karlee and Chad, I love you, and thank you. Karlee, please throw a yearly soiree, I’ll block it off on my calendar in advance. Thank you for trusting us and letting us craft this incredible day and sharing you love with us. Chad, you don’t have instagram, but you’re pretty great too.

Summer sun and a native flower field? Check. Kisses, snuggles, and laughter? Check. Full hearts, radiant energy, and love beaming? Triple Check.

Hannah and McKenzie's engagement session had all the things we love, wrapped up in a perfect bow and the softest breeze.

I cannot wait for their wedding next May! Nothing pairs better with rooftop romantics than soft florals and sun.
