Years ago when Overlord Media Group was still Digital Overlord Productions, we had this group called Team Con-Doc where we toured conventions and did panels as Doctor Who characters. Before we had a larger amount of content, we asked if we could show some clips from Doctor Stew live to the panel audience. We got permission and everyone loved seeing the clips. Kevin brought amazing, and creative heart to the world, and we are glad we had the pleasure of knowing him. We send our deepest condolences.

We were not planning to officially relaunch content until 2020, however, recently our CCO Jason Micheal Bray partnered with LaDarrius Young of Shout Out World Media to record the pilot episode of the Wrestling Marks of Society podcast. If you are a fan of professional wrestling, we hope you can take the time to like the page and checking out the first episode.

Future episodes who'll be hosted online once we amok out some technical issues.

This past weekend we spent some time a Kami-Con in Birmingham, Alabama. Our CCO Jason was there running a few panels and giving away prizes. We also donated some prizes to Shout Out World Media for their amazing wrestling panel that is always a must see.

We always try to adapt our programming as much as we can after every convention we attend, so we want to hear from you. If you came to any of our panels at Kami-con, what did you like? What would you like to see in future panels?

Another quick note, We are planning on returning to Kami-Con next year if you missed us this year. See you in 2020 Kami-con!

As for the rest of this year, we will be at WHOlanta in May, and for our Birmingham fans, we will be at Magic City Con in June. For those who can not wait until then for more OMG content, we will be launching a few shows in April, so stay tuned for announcements on those.

In our mission of “seek to inspire” we have met some amazing people. This weekend we spent some time running some panels at Kami-con, and one of the highlights was getting to spend some time with this amazing group of people. Ran into a Rey Mysterio cosplayer at Kamicon today. Are you a fan of pro wrestling or WWE? Be sure to catch Shout Out World Media and their WWE panel tomorrow at 1PM. Also, at 10AM we will be doing a Beginners guide to action figure customs panel where one of the things we will cover is WWE Elite customs.

The Kamen Rider panel today at Kamicon went really well. Everyone who won a prize got something they wanted. The big prize winner who got the White Wizard belt got his first DX belt. If you did nor win a prize you have a chance again tomorrow at the Mighty Morphin Super Sentai panel.

At Overlord Media Group, one of our goals is to showcase the work of all our staff members. Everybody is in this together.
