Wedding season is HERE.
If I don’t reply as fast as usual, just assume I’m somewhere in a wedding day timeline, crouched in a bush, laying in the dirt, or squatting in an aisle getting the shot. 🤣🫶🏽

Why is my turnaround time so fast?

Because I stay locked in. 🤪

I edit in the school pickup line. I edit on the couch. I edit at my desk. I edit in bed. If I’m awake and not actively mom-ing or wife-ing, there’s a good chance I’m editing.

This isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. I genuinely love what I do, and I get ridiculously excited to send out galleries.

So if you’re ever wondering what I’m doing, the answer is probably editing your photos and trying not to text you, “YOUR GALLERY IS READY!” five minutes early.

When I was 14 years old, I took a photo of a ladybug sitting in a bundle of blueberries. It was such a simple moment, but for some reason that photo stuck with my family. Years later, they still talked about it.

It might sound silly, but I truly think that little ladybug helped shape my love for photography.

From that moment on, I kept taking photos, learning, practicing, and falling more in love with the art. Eventually, I took a leap of faith and turned that passion into a full-time business.

The funny thing? Throughout my photography journey, ladybugs have continued to show up at almost every session I photograph. Call it coincidence, luck, or a little reminder from the universe, but I’ve come to cherish those tiny visits.

Now, whenever one makes an appearance, I make sure to save a little space for it in a photo. 🐞❤️
