Today, people came together to honor the life of a dog that was killed during an encounter with deputies from the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department. Video footage released by the department has deeply disturbed members of the community and intensified calls for justice, accountability, and meaningful change to prevent similar incidents in the future.
